What to do at the grocery store to lose weight!
Question: What’s likely to happen if you go to the grocery store on an empty stomach?
It’s likely that you will be craving for certain kinds of foods. Usually these are the kinds of foods that led you to be overweight in the first place.
However, if you go to the grocery store when your hunger is pretty much satisfied, then you are likely to stick to you plan for losing weight, and purchase the foods that fill you up and are complementary to you weight loss.
Losing weight is not about eating 100% health food all the time, BUT NEITHER IS IT ABOUT STUFFING YOURSELF WITH JUNK ALL THE TIME EITHER.
You need to learn to shift the predominance of what you eat so that it helps you get to weight loss goal, and keep you healthy to enjoy it.
There are no forbidden foods, but in some cases when you don’t have control, there can be forbidden portions.
Once you gain control:
