When you think about the word “DIET” what comes to your mind? STARVATION, HUNGER, DEPRIVATION, EXERCISING, FRUITS and VEGETABLES.These may be some of  the things you immediately start to think about. But you also may think about how hard it’s going to be to lose the weight you want. 

“X” amount of pounds is what you want to lose, but what ends up happening is that you never get started, and you continue to eat the same way that is causing you to stay overweight, and not happy.

You can overcome this. First decide how many pounds you plan on losing. A realistic goal is to lose 1 to 2 pounds a week, and you should be able to stick to this pace.

Then get knowledge about how to lose weight and live thin diet free in the real world.

Learn how not to starve yourself.

You see, losing the pounds at a pace you can maintain, and stick to, is better than losing 10lbs really fast, and then gaining all the weight back, because you could not stick to the plan.
